By Nigerian Democracy today came under heavy threat as five unseated All Progressives Congress (APC) former lawmakers led By Hon. Nse Ntuen have purportedly suspended 11 members of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly.

The speaker, Rt. Hon. Onofiok Luke, Udo Kerian Akpan, Felicia Bassey, Nse Essien, Lawrence Udofia, Usoro Akpanusoh, Ime Okon, Friday Iwok, Asuquo Archibong, Mark Esset, Emmanuel Ekpenyong, Aniekan.
Igbere Tv reported earlier this morning that the five recently sacked former lawmakers of the Akwa Ibom State House of Assembly stormed the House of Assembly with heavily armed policemen and thugs.
While normal daily activities were ongoing in the Akwa Ibom state House of Assembly this morning, the sacked former lawmakers were escorted into the complex by thugs and men of the Nigerian Police who chased everyone out in order to have their way.
