He said he would not hesitate to change anybody who was underperforming in his administration.

Delivering a message to mark the first year anniversary of his administration’s second term in office, Obiano urged all and sundry to join hands with his government to take the state to greater heights.

“I assure you that I will not only remain focused but will not hesitate to change anybody who is underperforming in my cabinet,” he asserted.

He said he had been able to change the fortunes of the state within his five years in office, including attraction of international recognition for the development strides put in place in the state.
