Preparations for the third edition of the International Conference on Business Tourism and Exhibition (Winnipeg 2019) have reached an advance stage with the organisers promising to give attendees series of B2B sessions for the five days of the event.

With this year’s theme; Precision and Performance, the MICE show will host trade buyers and sellers through a B2B meeting at the Canad Inn Destination Centre, Polo Park, 1405 St Mathews Avenue Winnipeg MB Canada, from July 23 to 27, 2019.

According to the organiser, Travellinks Holiday and Education Services Canada, Mr Gbenga Oluboye, “ we are expective captains of industry in the allied tourism industry from Nigeria and other African countries to participate at the conference.

The organiser revealed that one of those experts that will be attending the MICE show includes Alain St, Ange, former Seychelles Minister for Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine and authority in global tourism outlooks and projections

“We have taken a leap from the two last events and this year we are coming bigger and better to not only create a one-stop conference and exhibition platform for global stakeholders but also to open a new vista of opportunity and trend to grow and update participants.

“ we are have been receiving interest groups and corporate industry players from Africa, Europe and beyond who see the Winnipeg 2019 as a niche market to explore and seal deals that will benefit their businesses.”

Oluboye said the choice of theme for this year’s event, (Precision and Performance) was deliberately chosen to help global stakeholders level up in terms of business management and customers trend of needs and to serve them better.

“With the growing trend of competition and dynamics in the travel and tourism industry globally, there is need to look for a sustainable balance that will minimise cost of production and still give value to customers and to do this, you most device ways to block income leakages through operational efficiency and effectiveness, which all zero down to Precision and Performance.

“However, we will be looking at capacity building, corporate incentives and management’s sincerity of purpose by staying focus on a game-changing vision to achieve success.”
