Crystal Palace vs Leicester City Prediction from 22Bet: Premier League Match on November 3

Crystal Palace take on Leicester City on Sunday at Selhurst Park with both sides looking to push on following positive starts to the season. New soccer betting site 22Bet offers their take on the potential outcome of the game.

Palace came from two goals behind at the Emirates Stadium last weekend to secure a draw, while Leicester secured an extraordinary 9-0 over Southampton at St Mary’s.

With Crystal Palace in sixth and Leicester in third, both have punched above their weight this season and will look to continue to take advantage of the poor form of Arsenal, Manchester United and Tottenham.

Leicester, in particular, have the chance to continue to put pressure on Manchester City in second, as they sit just two points behind last season’s champions.

Latest Team News

Crystal Palace could still be without Connor Wickham, Mamadou Sakho and Vicente Guita, who all missed out on Sunday’s draw with Arsenal.

Guita is back in training, while Sakho and Wickham are being assessed day today, but neither have played much football this season and shouldn’t be rushed back.

Barring the long-term absence of Matthew James with an Achilles tendon injury, Leicester City have a clean bill of health to select from on Sunday.

Brendan Rodgers has been consistent in his selections this season and that is likely to continue following last weekend’s big win.

Crystal Palace vs Leicester City Prediction

Only Chelsea and Liverpool have been in better form over the last six Premier League matches than Leicester and Rodgers’ side now have a potential Champions League spot firmly in their sights.

Palace has been no pushovers though and with Wilfried Zaha and Jordan Ayew in good form upfront, they continue to provide a threat on the counter-attack.

However, given the form Leicester have been in, both home and away, expect them to run out 2-1 winners.

Crystal Palace tends to perform best against the top sides away from home and with the speed of Leicester’s full-backs, they should be well placed to the least limit the threat of Zaha on the break.
